Design Decisions

For my Recipe Spread project, I chose to create a layout for Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. In my design I included a mixture of illustrations and a photo. My color choices and illustrations were inspired by the muffin flavor components, yellow for banana and brown for chocolate. I wanted to emulate a fun and playful design with an easy to follow layout, emphasizing hierarchy of scale and variety in compositional elements.
